Warehouse Supervisor

Overview Responsible for supervising daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and dispatching. The role includes assigning tasks, monitoring performance, and preparing operational reports. Requirements 1. Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field. 2. 2-3 years of working experience in a related field is an advantage. 3. Familiar with inventory management and warehouse operations. 4. Strong leadership, decision-making, and strategic planning skills. 5. Good communication and team coordination skills. Responsibilities 1. Supervise daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and dispatching. 2. Assign tasks and monitor the performance of warehouse workers/operators. 3. Ensure accurate recording of incoming and outgoing stock in the inventory system. 4. Conduct regular stock checks and cycle counts, reporting discrepancies. 5. Monitor the condition and proper use of warehouse equipment. 6. Prepare weekly operational reports. Location Bintawa, Kuching
