Overview
We are seeking a male Warehouse Officer/Assistant to manage company vehicles, equipment and materials at our locations in Kuching Northbank and Kota Samarahan.
Responsibilities
1. Manage and monitor company vehicles, equipment and materials.
2. Ensure vehicles and equipment are in good condition and ready for operation.
3. Schedule and coordinate servicing, maintenance and repairs.
4. Keep accurate records for vehicles, equipment and material movements.
5. Receive, inspect and issue materials/tools.
6. Maintain warehouse inventory and stock records.
7. Ensure safe storage, cleanliness and proper arrangement of materials and equipment.
8. Coordinate vehicle and equipment usage with Operations.
9. Assist in loading, unloading and deliveries when required.
10. Ensure compliance with safety and company policies.
11. Perform other duties assigned by Management.
Requirements
1. Physically fit.
2. Possess own transport and valid driving license.
3. Able to work in a team.
4. Responsible and disciplined.
