KFF Logistics is hiring a Transportation Manager for its Kuching operations. The role oversees the planning, coordination, and execution of transporting goods, ensuring efficient logistics, compliance with regulations, and timely deliveries.
Requirements
1. Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Transportation Management, or a related discipline.
2. Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in transportation or logistics, including managing transportation operations.
3. Strong experience in planning and managing delivery operations, fleet utilisation, route planning, and transportation schedules.
4. Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to lead, supervise, and develop a transportation team.
5. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills to improve operational efficiency and resolve transportation issues.
6. Good knowledge of transportation procedures, safety requirements, and relevant regulations.
7. Ability to monitor transportation costs, vehicle performance, and operational KPIs.
8. Good communication and interpersonal skills for effective coordination with internal teams, customers, drivers, and external parties.
9. Proficiency in English and Malay; ability to communicate in Mandarin is an added advantage.
