Overview R.T. Cargo Sdn Bhd, an established logistics and transportation company based in Kuching, is looking for a proactive and responsible Transport & Projects Supervisor to support the planning, coordination, and execution of transport and relocation projects, ensuring operations are carried out safely, efficiently, and within schedule. Requirements 1. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. 2. Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Transportation, Engineering, Project Management, or a related field is an added advantage. 3. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. 4. Able to work independently as well as in a team environment. 5. Good command of spoken and written English is preferred. 6. Willing and able to travel throughout Sarawak. 7. Possess a valid driving licence. Responsibilities 1. Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing transport and relocation projects. 2. Supervise and coordinate operational teams to ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and according to project requirements. 3. Prepare work schedules, monitor site activities, and track project progress. 4. Liaise effectively with clients, contractors, suppliers, and internal departments to ensure smooth project execution. 5.
