Traffic Management Officer (TMO)

Overview Prepare and submit monthly Traffic Management Reports, implement Traffic Management Plans on site, and oversee traffic control devices to ensure safety and compliance. Requirements 1. Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification. 2. Relevant certification in Traffic Management. 3. Prior experience in construction or traffic control is an advantage. 4. Good understanding of traffic safety regulations and procedures. 5. Physically fit and able to work outdoors. 6. Strong communication and teamwork skills. 7. Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends or night shifts if required. Responsibilities 1. Prepare, provide, and submit Traffic Management Report every month. 2. Plan and implement Traffic Management Plan on site. 3. Conduct full field inventory checking when a diversion affects public inventory. 4. Oversee installation, shifting, and removal of traffic control devices (barrier, blinker, signage). 5. Ensure all flagmen are trained and equipped with proper PPE. 6. Lead ERT team. 7. Manage public complaints regarding traffic or poor road conditions. 8. Liaise with JKR or other authorities regarding road closure/approvals. Location Ulu Paku, Betong
