Overview AMT Group of Companies is a leading distributor of IT and IT-related products in Malaysia. We are looking for a Telesales representative to handle customer enquiries, promote products, and achieve sales targets. Requirements 1. At least 3-5 years of relevant experience in sales. 2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Confidence and motivation to meet sales goals. 4. Ability to handle rejection and remain persistent. 5. Time management and organizational skills. Responsibilities 1. Make sales calls, follow up with customers, and promote products and services. 2. Explain products, prices, promotions, and available stock to customers. 3. Handle customer enquiries, objections, and provide suitable solutions. 4. Persuade customers to make purchases and achieve sales targets/KPIs. 5. Monitor stock levels and ensure sufficient inventory is available for customer requirements. 6. Follow up on incoming shipments, expected arrival dates, and stock availability. 7. Coordinate with the support team on administrative tasks, customer requests, and outstanding issues. 8. Follow up on warranty claims and warranty-related matters to ensure timely resolution. 9. Prepare and submit weekly sales reports covering sales performance, stock status, shipments, customer follow-ups, and outstanding issues.
