Technician (Information Technology)

Overview Daiken Sarawak Sdn Bhd, a Malaysian & Japanese joint venture company established in Bintulu since 1994, designs and manufactures Medium Density Fibreboard (MDF) for export. As the Technician (Information Technology), you will provide technical support to users and ensure the smooth operation of the organization's IT infrastructure. Requirements 1. Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or an equivalent qualification. 2. Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience is an added advantage. 3. Basic knowledge of Windows operating systems, networking, and LAN/Wi-Fi setup. 4. Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications and email systems. 5. Knowledge of hardware troubleshooting and maintenance. 6. Good problem-solving and analytical skills. 7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 8. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Responsibilities 1. Provide technical support to users. 2. Ensure the smooth operation of the organization's IT infrastructure. 3. Install, maintain, and troubleshoot computer systems, hardware, software, networks, and IT equipment.
