Central Coldstorage Kuching is hiring a Technician to carry out maintenance and troubleshooting of production machinery in Kuching, Sarawak. Candidates with a diploma or certificate in Mechanical, Electrical, or Refrigeration engineering are preferred.

Overview
Responsible for basic troubleshooting, installation and maintenance of production machines and plant facilities. There are 2 vacancies available.
Requirements
1. Male applicants.
2. Minimum SPM/Certificate/Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Refrigeration, or related field.
3. Experienced in maintenance related tasks such as boiler and air compressor checking.
4. Skilled in the use of multimeter.
5. Basic knowledge in welding work.
6. Able to work on shift.
Responsibilities
1. Carry out basic troubleshooting.
2. Install and maintain production machines and the plant facility's equipment.
3. Survey buildings and repair mechanical systems to ensure consistency with health and safety standards.
4. Perform maintenance of electrical systems, including replacing light bulbs and sockets, and cleaning and repairing circuit breaker panels.
5. Ensure all maintenance programs are implemented accordingly.
6. Assist in setup of ventilation, refrigeration and other systems and conduct repair when necessary.
7. Diagnose problems, replace or repair parts, test and make adjustments.

Salary
RM1,760 and above with allowances depending on qualifications and experience.
