Requirements
1. Minimum of a technical certificate or a Diploma in a relevant field.
2. At least 2 years of working experience.
3. Shows initiative and a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
4. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively across departments.
5. High level of integrity, accuracy in work, and a strong sense of accountability.
6. Able to manage tasks efficiently in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment.
Responsibilities
1. Perform preventive maintenance on mechanical and electrical machinery across both plants.
2. Troubleshoot and carry out repairs.
3. Carry out equipment installation.
4. Conduct safety inspections.
5. Maintain accurate maintenance records.
