Overview
The Technical Executive (Mechanical) is responsible for development, implementation and administration of mechanical engineering works.
Requirements
1. Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
2. Holding a Competency on Medical Gas Pipeline Systems (HTM 02) Competent Personnel certificate is an added advantage.
3. Minimum 2 years working experience with Hospital/Hotel/Facility Management background is an added advantage.
4. Good communication and teamwork skills.
5. Aptitude for customer support.
Responsibilities
1. Development, implement and administration of mechanical engineering works.
2. Carry out implementation, scheduling management of processes involved in planned preventive maintenance as per check list in quality manual.
3. Monitor and maintain system in the building such as Medical Gas system, Hot Water and Calorifier system, Pneumatic System, Fire Fighting System.
