Kuching Autistic Association is looking for a suitable candidate to fill the position of Teacher in Kuching, Sarawak.
Requirements
1. Diploma or Degree in Special Education, Education, Early Childhood Education, Psychology, or related field.
2. Minimum 1-2 years teaching experience (experience working with individuals with special needs, particularly autism, will be an added advantage).
3. Strong understanding of autism and special education strategies.
4. Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is an advantage.
5. Patient, compassionate, and able to manage challenging behaviour effectively.
6. Strong organisational, documentation, and record-keeping skills.
7. Able to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
