Overview
The Supervisor will oversee field operations and ensure the efficient execution of telecommunication tasks in Kuching, Kota Samarahan, and Serian.
Requirements
1. Experience in Telekom and Sacofa work is welcomed.
2. Must have experience in troubleshooting, splicing, and installation of iron poles, concrete poles, and cables.
3. Competency in NTMSP, WAH, AGTES, AESPTM, Pole Proficiency, and CA1C/CA2C is an advantage.
4. Possess Class D and B2 driving licenses.
5. Physically fit and able to work outside.
Responsibilities
1. Supervise technicians and general workers.
2. Ensure compliance with safety procedures.
3. Monitor project progress and report to management.
4. Coordinate resources and materials.
