Stock Controller

Overview Chenson Health Products, an established Sarawak food and beverage manufacturer specializing in botanical teas, herbal beverages, cordial drinks and OEM products, is seeking a Stock Controller to manage inventory at its Demak Laut Industrial Park factory in Kuching. Responsibilities 1. Monitor and control inventory levels of raw materials, packaging materials, and finished goods. 2. Record and update stock movements (receiving, issuing, transfer, and stock adjustments) accurately in inventory records. 3. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly stock reports. 4. Conduct stock counts and stock take activities periodically. 5. Coordinate with production, purchasing, and warehouse departments to ensure sufficient stock availability. 6. Verify delivery orders, goods received notes, and inventory documentation. 7. Investigate stock discrepancies and implement corrective actions. 8. Maintain proper storage, labeling, and inventory organization in the warehouse. 9. Perform any other duties assigned by the Management. Requirements 1. Male candidates preferred. 2. Minimum Diploma or equivalent qualification. 3. At least 1 year of experience in stock control, warehouse or inventory management. 4. Experience in a factory/manufacturing environment is an advantage. 5. OSH Coordinator background or relevant Occupational Safety and Health experience is an advantage. 6. Basic computer skills, especially Microsoft Excel. 7. Good knowledge of stock receiving, issuing and recording. 8. Able to conduct stock counts and inventory reconciliation. 9.
