Overview
Tropical Rhythm Sdn Bhd is seeking a Site Supervisor to oversee daily site operations and construction activities for a project based in Lawas near Sipitang, Sabah.
Requirements
1. Diploma or Certificate in Civil Engineering, Construction or a related field.
2. Proven experience as a Site Supervisor or in a similar role.
3. Good knowledge of construction processes and safety standards.
4. Strong leadership and communication skills.
5. Ability to read and understand technical drawings.
6. Willing to work on-site and travel if required.
Responsibilities
1. Supervise daily site operations and construction activities.
2. Monitor workers, subcontractors and suppliers on-site.
3. Ensure work is carried out according to drawings, plans and specifications.
4. Enforce safety regulations and ensure a safe working environment.
5. Check the quality of materials and workmanship.
6. Coordinate with engineers, contractors and project managers.
7. Track project progress and report updates to management.
8. Resolve on-site issues and delays efficiently.
9. Maintain site records, reports and documentation.
10. Ensure proper use of equipment and materials.
