Site Supervisor

Overview Tie Builder Sdn Bhd is seeking a Site Supervisor for projects in Bekenu, Miri to supervise daily site activities, coordinate site workers and subcontractors, and ensure construction work complies with approved drawings, specifications, and schedules. Requirements 1. Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field. 2. Able to read and interpret construction drawings. 3. Basic knowledge of construction methods and site supervision. 4. At least 5 years of working experience in construction development. 5. Strong coordination and problem-solving skills. 6. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. 7. Full-time on-site work. Responsibilities 1. Supervise and monitor daily site activities to ensure works are carried out in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules. 2. Coordinate and oversee site workers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution. 3. Ensure all construction activities comply with safety regulations and quality standards. 4. Monitor work progress and report site activities, issues, and project status to the Project Manager. 5. Verify materials delivered to site and ensure proper storage and usage. 6. Assist in planning site activities, manpower allocation, and work sequencing. 7. Attend site meetings and coordinate with consultants. 8. Maintain accurate site records, including daily reports, attendance, and progress documentation. 9. Perform any other ad-hoc assignment assigned. Location Bekenu, Miri, Sarawak
