Tie Builder Sdn Bhd, based in Bintulu, Sarawak, provides professional building construction, roadworks, civil engineering, structural works, and slope protection services. We are looking for a Site Supervisor to join our team for projects in Kuching and Bekenu.
Requirements
1. Candidates must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
2. Able to read and interpret construction drawings.
3. Basic knowledge of construction methods and site supervision.
4. At least 5 years of working experience in construction development.
5. Strong coordination and problem-solving skills.
6. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Responsibilities
1. Supervise and monitor daily site activities to ensure works are carried out in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
2. Coordinate and oversee site workers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.
3. Ensure all construction activities comply with safety regulations and quality standards.
4. Monitor work progress and report site activities, issues, and project status to the Project Manager.
5. Verify materials delivered to site and ensure proper storage and usage.
6. Assist in planning site activities, manpower allocation, and work sequencing.
7. Attend site meetings and coordinate with consultants.
8. Maintain accurate site records, including daily reports, attendance, and progress documentation.
9. Perform any other ad-hoc assignments as needed.
