Site Supervisor/Site Engineer (Kuching/ Kota Samarahan)

Overview Sinar Mekar Properties is looking for a Site Supervisor/Site Engineer to coordinate and supervise daily site activities and ensure construction quality in Kuching and Kota Samarahan. Requirements 1. Minimum 2 years of experience supervising landed residential construction projects. 2. Diploma in Building, Civil Engineering, Construction or a related discipline. Candidates with relevant industry experience but without the required academic qualification may also be considered. 3. Proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office Suite. 4. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to resolve site issues efficiently. 5. Good knowledge of construction methods, site coordination and quality control. 6. Responsible, organised and able to work independently. 7. Willing to work at odd hours when required. 8. Must possess own transport. Responsibilities 1. Coordinate and supervise daily site activities, including site progress, subcontractor performance and quality control. 2. Inspect and monitor site works to ensure compliance with contract specifications, construction drawings and required standards. 3. Prepare daily site reports and progress photographs, documenting work progress and any site issues for reporting to the Project Manager. 4. Monitor and enforce safety policies and procedures to maintain a safe working environment. 5. Maintain all relevant forms, documents, correspondence and records relating to daily site activities. 6. Attend site meetings and technical meetings as required. 7. Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors and relevant parties to ensure smooth progress of works. 8. Identify and resolve construction issues promptly to minimize delays. 9. Perform any other duties as assigned by the superior from time to time. Location Kuching/ Kota Samarahan
