Site Supervisor

Overview This position is responsible for supervising and monitoring daily site activities for a property developer's construction projects in Kuching. It involves coordinating site workers and subcontractors, maintaining safety and quality standards, and reporting progress to the Project Manager. Requirements 1. Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field. 2. At least 1 to 3 years of working experience in construction or property development; experience with landed property projects is preferred. 3. Possess a valid CIDB Green Card. 4. Strong coordination and problem-solving skills. 5. Knowledge in AutoCAD and Microsoft Project is an added advantage. 6. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. 7. Language proficiency in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin. Spoken Mandarin is an advantage. 8. Possess own transport. Responsibilities 1. Supervise and monitor daily site activities to ensure works are carried out in accordance with approved drawings, specifications and project schedules. 2. Coordinate and oversee site workers, subcontractors and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution. 3. Ensure all construction activities comply with safety regulations and quality standards. 4. Monitor work progress and report site activities, issues and project status to the Project Manager. 5. Verify materials delivered to site and ensure proper storage and usage. 6. Assist in planning site activities, manpower allocation and work sequencing. 7. Attend site meetings and coordinate with consultants. 8. Maintain accurate site records, including daily reports, attendance and progress documentation. 9. Ensure project completion within the specified timeline, budget and quality requirements. 10. Perform any other ad-hoc assignment assigned. Location Kuching
