Site Supervisor

Overview Assist in monitoring subcon work quality and progress, enforce technical specifications, and liaise with engineers to ensure timely project handover. Requirements 1. Minimum SPM / Certificate in Construction / Civil Engineering or equivalent. 2. At least 2-3 years of experience in construction site supervision. 3. Able to read and interpret construction drawings. 4. Strong coordination skills with contractors, consultants, and internal team. 5. Familiar with basic site documentation (daily report, inspection checklist, progress tracking). 6. Knowledge of site safety practices is a must. 7. Responsible, firm, and able to work under pressure with minimal supervision. 8. Willing to work on-site. Responsibilities 1. Monitor subcon work quality and progress. 2. Initiate action on-site to prevent delay on progress. 3. Enforce subcon work to follow technical specifications of construction drawing. 4. Provide feedback to Engineer regarding on-site findings and construction drawing discrepancies. 5. Serve as liaison between subcon and authority during emergencies. 6. Monitor and control usage/quantity of company-provided material and equipment. 7. Assist in ensuring timely handover of completed work. Location Ulu Paku, Betong
