2. SITE: SUPERVISOR/FOREMAN Kuching Responsibilities Monitor andt track construction progress, ensuringt that projects are completed on time, within budget, and accordingt to quality standards. Supervise and coordinate construction activities, ensuringt that work is executed according top plans, specifications, ands safetys standards. Liaiser regularly with contractors, subcontractors, consultants and legislators Toensure smooth project execution and resolve any issues promptly. Ensure compliance with all safety andl health regulations on site, conducting regular safety checks and maintaining a: safe workinge environment. Preparec daily/weekly: site reports for management and stakeholders. Handle ad- hoc tasks and assisti inr resolving on-s site challenges as required. Requirements Candidate must possess Diploma/higher degree with minimum 3 years' experience in construction field or thosev with more than 3 years' experiencel but without a qualification Knowledgei in construction drawings and documentations will be an added advantage. Ablet to work under tights schedules with minimum supervision. Possesso own transport
