SITE SUPERVISOR

BinaPuri, a public listed company on the Main Board of Bursa Malaysia with more than 40 years of work experience in civil and building construction both locally and internationally, is hiring a Site Supervisor. Duties & Responsibilities: Inspecting construction sites regularly. Supervising and instructing the construction team as well as subcontractors. Handling and coordinating site workers on site construction works. Maintaining an accurate record of construction employee attendance. Evaluating the performance of construction employees and instituting disciplinary measures as needed. Recommending changes to construction operations or procedures to increase efficiency. Qualification and/or Experience Required: Diploma in Civil Engineering or a related field is an advantage. Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, mechanical and electrical systems, and safety regulations. Excellent supervisory skills, good team player and communication skills. Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines. Proficiency in relevant software and tools. At least 2-3 years' experience in road and construction works.
