Overview Supervise daily site operations and construction activities, monitor workers and subcontractors, and ensure work is carried out according to drawings and specifications. Requirements 1. Diploma / Certificate in Civil Engineering, Construction, or related field. 2. Proven experience as a Site Supervisor or similar role. 3. Good knowledge of construction processes and safety standards. 4. Strong leadership and communication skills. 5. Ability to read and understand technical drawings. 6. Problem-solving and decision-making skills. 7. Willing to work on-site and travel if required. Responsibilities 1. Supervise daily site operations and construction activities. 2. Monitor workers, subcontractors, and suppliers on-site. 3. Ensure work is carried out according to drawings, plans, and specifications. 4. Enforce safety regulations and ensure a safe working environment. 5. Check quality of materials and workmanship. 6. Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and project managers. 7. Track project progress and report updates to management. 8. Resolve on-site issues and delays efficiently. 9. Maintain site records, reports, and documentation. 10.
