Site Safety Supervisor

Overview Pintaras (East Malaysia) Sdn Bhd requires a Site Safety Supervisor in Mukah to enforce safety rules, conduct inspections, and maintain safety documentation on construction sites. Requirements 1. Diploma or Certificate in Occupational Safety & Health, Construction Safety, or a related field. 2. Possess DOSH/JKKP Site Safety Supervisor (SSS) competency certification. 3. Minimum 2-5 years of relevant experience in construction. 4. Good knowledge of OSHA requirements, construction safety practices, HIRARC, and risk assessment. 5. Familiar with site safety inspections, toolbox meetings, safety documentation, and incident reporting. 6. Good communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Responsibilities 1. Monitor and enforce site safety rules, procedures, and safe work practices. 2. Conduct regular site safety inspections and identify potential hazards. 3. Prepare and maintain HIRARC, safety reports, checklists, and other safety documentation. 4. Conduct toolbox meetings, safety briefings, and site inductions. 5. Monitor workers, subcontractors, and site activities for compliance with safety requirements. 6. Recommend and follow up on corrective and preventive actions. 7. Ensure proper PPE and compliance with safe work procedures. 8. Coordinate with Project Manager, site team, subcontractors, and relevant authorities on safety matters. Location Mukah
