Site Resident Engineer (C&S)

Overview An established engineering consultancy firm is seeking a Site Resident Engineer (C&S) to be based at its site office in Bintulu. The role focuses on supervising the construction of building projects, ensuring that construction and QA/QC works meet contractual requirements, and overseeing Inspectors-of-Works. Requirements 1. Possess a recognized Degree in Civil Engineering. 2. Registered as a Graduate Engineer or Professional Engineer with the Board of Engineers Malaysia (BEM). 3. Not less than 5 years working experience in supervision of construction of building projects. 4. Highly analytical, confident and excellent interpersonal and report writing skills. 5. Motivated, self-driven and willing to work under pressure within tight schedules. 6. Able to work independently and in a team environment. 7. Good command of written and spoken Bahasa Malaysia and English. Responsibilities 1. Ensure that construction works and QA/QC works are carried out according to requirements. 2. Oversee Inspectors-of-Works (IOW).
