Overview We are an established company seeking a committed and proactive HSE professional to oversee health, safety and environment at project sites. The role is based in Kuching with travel throughout Malaysia. Requirements 1. Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Safety & Health, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related discipline. 2. Minimum 3-5 years of relevant HSE experience for Supervisor, preferably in mining, quarry, construction, or soil investigation. 3. Registered or eligible for registration with DOSH as a Safety and Health Officer (SHO) is an advantage. 4. Yellow or Green Book holder with DOSH (JKKP) is highly preferred. 5. Possession of a valid NIOSH Safety and Health Officer (SHO) Certificate or other recognized HSE qualifications is preferred. 6. Willing to travel and work at project sites throughout Malaysia. Responsibilities 1. Implement and monitor the Company's Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) policies and procedures at project sites. 2. Ensure site operations comply with statutory regulations, including DOSH (JKKP), DOE, and client HSE requirements. 3. Conduct site safety inspections, hazard identification, risk assessments, and recommend corrective actions. 4. Conduct daily toolbox meetings, site risk assessments (HIRARC / JHA), and safety inductions for site personnel and drill crew. 5. Investigate incidents, accidents, and near misses, and prepare investigation reports. 6. Maintain HSE records, reports, permits, and other safety documentation. 7. Perform other ad hoc duties assigned by the Company. Duration Permanent Working Days Monday to Saturday Location Kuching, Sarawak (Based in Kuching with travel throughout Malaysia)
