An established soil investigation contractor company in Kuching is seeking a suitable candidate for the position of Site Geologist. The role is based in Kuching and Bintulu.
Requirements
1. Possess a Bachelor of Science Degree in Geology.
2. Basic knowledge in soil investigation, instrumentation and geotechnical field. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
3. Possesses problem solving skills.
4. Able to work under pressure and independently with minimal supervision.
5. Should have basic knowledge of conducting drilling works and sample analysis.
6. Good interpersonal and good communications skills.
7. Willing to travel and station at project site when necessary.
8. With valid driving licenses.
Responsibilities
1. To coordinate with team members to ensure all works are carried out according to project requirements.
2. To prepare soil data and ensure quality of works.
3. Attend meetings and resolve technical operation issues.
