SITE FOREMAN/SUPERVISOR

We are looking for an independent, self-driven team player as Site Foreman/Supervisor in Kuching area. Requirements: Minimum Diploma in Civil Engineer or related field; minimum three (3) years of experience, preferably in construction of property development industry; strong understanding of construction principles, techniques, and materials; ability to work effectively in a team environment; excellent project management and organizational skills; must have own transport (CAR) and a valid motor car driving license; proficiency in English, both written and spoken; basic Mandarin is a must; experience for projects through the full construction life cycle with multiple projects. Responsibilities: Able to understand architectural, civil and structural drawings; supervise and coordinate construction activities on-site; liaise with contractors, subcontractors and other stakeholders; manage project schedules and budgets to ensure timely and cost-effective completion; supervise construction activities to ensure compliance with design specifications and safety standards; conduct quality assurance checks and address any issues or concerns that arise during construction; preparation of paperwork including daily site report; any other ad-hoc duties assigned.
