Site Engineer/Supervisor

Overview This role involves coordinating and supervising all site activities, monitoring subcontractor performance and quality control, and ensuring that site works comply with contract specifications, construction drawings and standard policies. Requirements 1. Minimum 2 years of experience supervising landed residential projects. Experience in high-rise developments will be an added advantage. 2. Possess at least a Diploma in Building, Civil Engineering, Construction or a related discipline. 3. Proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office Suite. 4. Able to converse and write proficiently in English and Bahasa Melayu. 5. Good problem-solving skills, including the ability to quickly resolve issues that arise during construction. 6. Willing to work at odd hours when required and necessary. 7. Must possess own transport. Responsibilities 1. Coordinate and supervise all activities on site, including site progress, subcontractors' performance and quality control. 2. Inspect and monitor site works to ensure compliance with contract specifications, construction drawings and standard policy. 3. Prepare daily site reports and site progress pictures, documenting daily work progress and any site issues for reporting to the Project Manager. 4. Implement and enforce safety policies and procedures to ensure a safe working environment. 5. Maintain all relevant forms, documents, correspondence and records in respect of daily work records. 6. Attend all site meetings and technical meetings as directed and when necessary. 7. Perform any other duties as instructed by the superior from time to time. Location Kota Samarahan
