Requirements
1. Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
2. Minimum 3 to 5 years of working experience in infrastructure projects.
3. Proficiency in project management software and MS Office applications.
4. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
5. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Willing to travel and work full-time on site.
Responsibilities
1. Oversee and manage daily site activities to ensure adherence to safety, quality and project specifications.
2. Carry out regular checks and inspections on site to ensure compliance with the PQP, drawings and technical specifications.
3. Plan and oversee allocating resources, materials and equipment to optimize project efficiency.
4. Proactively identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to minimize project delays, budget overruns and safety hazards.
5. Resolve site-related technical issues by providing advice and solutions to the team.
6. Prepare detailed site progress reports and maintain accurate, organized project documentation.
