J & R Maju Construction Sdn Bhd is seeking a Site Engineer for projects in Kabong and Sibu. The successful candidate will oversee on-site construction activities and ensure works are completed according to specifications, quality standards and safety regulations.
Requirements
1. Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
2. At least 3 years' on-site work experience in building construction projects.
3. Strong understanding of construction methods, materials and safety protocols.
4. Proficiency in relevant software, such as AutoCAD and MS Project.
5. Excellent problem-solving, communication and leadership skills.
Responsibilities
1. Oversee and manage daily construction activities on-site.
2. Interpret technical drawings and project plans.
3. Ensure work is completed according to specifications, quality standards and safety regulations.
4. Coordinate with contractors, suppliers and other team members.
5. Manage project timelines and resources effectively.
6. Troubleshoot and resolve on-site issues.

RM 4,000 – RM 6,000
