Overview
We are an engineering company specialising in machining and fabrication of stainless steel parts. We are seeking a Service Technician (Mechanical) based in Bintulu with the option to work from home.
Requirements
1. Diploma in Engineering or related field.
2. Able to use measurement equipment (tape, vernier, micrometer).
3. Able to do medium to long-distance driving to visit outstation customers.
Responsibilities
1. Conduct site visits and technical discussions with customers in Bintulu, Samalaju, and Balingian.
2. Perform outstation site visits as required to Sabah, Mukah, Kuching, or other locations (travelling cost and allowance provided).
3. Take on-site measurements, check material and specifications, and propose designs according to customer requirements.
4. Arrange and monitor installation on-site.
5. Liaise with production, engineering team, and admin personnel to provide necessary information for quotations and fabrication.
