Requirements
1. Minimum Diploma in Automotive/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
2. Young, energetic, self-motivated and pleasant personality.
3. Excellent team player with a strong customer-centric attitude.
4. Result-oriented person.
5. Possess a valid driving licence.
6. Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Responsibilities
1. Attend promptly to customers' needs in servicing and repairing vehicles.
2. Provide advice to customers on proper maintenance of their vehicles.
3. Ensure effective implementation of customer retention activities.
4. Assist in achieving the outlet's servicing target, KPI and customer satisfaction.
