Senior Quantity Surveyor / Quantity Surveyor / Assistant Quantity Surveyor

Overview BinaPuri is hiring Senior Quantity Surveyors, Quantity Surveyors and Assistant Quantity Surveyors for its Sarawak operations. The role covers tender preparation, cost control, progress claims, variation orders and contractual matters. Requirements 1. Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying. 2. For Senior Quantity Surveyor, at least 8-10 years of working experience in the construction field is required. 3. For Quantity Surveyor, at least 3-5 years of working experience in the construction field is required. 4. For Assistant Quantity Surveyor, fresh graduates are encouraged to apply and at least 1-2 years of working experience in the construction field is required. 5. Required skills: good planning and organizing skills, communication skills and good observation. 6. Able to meet tight deadlines. Responsibilities 1. Prepare, check and compile documents for project tender submission. 2. Monitor project schedule, planning, organize, coordinate and manage cost control. 3. Prepare and submit main progress claims and sub-contractor claims. 4. Prepare monthly site progress reports and value completed works, variation orders and payment claim arrangements. 5. Liaise with sub-contractors, suppliers and related parties on contractual related matters. 6. Attend site meetings and site visits. 7. Carry out quantity take-off and costing for tender and project purposes. 8. Perform any ad-hoc task as assigned by Superior. 9. Work independently and complete tasks on time. 10. Working Days. 11. Monday to Friday. Location Sarawak.
