Senior Quantity Surveyor - Kuching

Overview Lead and manage quantity surveying functions for construction projects from tender to final account in Kuching. Requirements 1. Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or related discipline. 2. Minimum 5-8 years of relevant experience in construction quantity surveying. 3. Strong knowledge of tendering, contract administration and cost management. 4. Good analytical, negotiation and communication skills. 5. Proficient in Microsoft Office and quantity surveying software; able to work independently and meet deadlines. Responsibilities 1. Lead and manage quantity surveying functions for construction projects from tender to final account. 2. Prepare cost estimates, tender documents, bills of quantities and contract administration. 3. Evaluate subcontractor claims, variation orders and progress payments. 4. Monitor project costs, budgets and cash flow to ensure effective cost control. 5. Coordinate with project teams, consultants and clients on contractual and commercial matters. Location Kuching
