SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER

Overview Pintaras (East Malaysia) Sdn Bhd is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead large-scale construction projects in Kuching from planning through completion. The role covers project programming, budgeting, quality assurance, safety compliance and stakeholder management. Requirements 1. Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management or a related field. 2. Minimum 8-10 years of relevant experience. 3. Proven experience managing large-scale construction projects from planning through completion. 4. Strong knowledge of project management, construction methods and site operations. 5. Familiar with project scheduling, cost control, quality assurance and safety requirements. 6. Strong leadership, communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills. 7. Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management or scheduling software. Responsibilities 1. Lead and manage the overall planning, execution and completion of construction projects. 2. Develop and monitor project programmes, schedules, budgets and resource requirements. 3. Lead project meetings and provide regular progress reports to management and clients. 4. Ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, contracts and relevant regulations. 5. Provide leadership, guidance and support to project and site personnel. 6. Monitor site progress and resolve technical, contractual and operational issues. 7. Manage project risks, variations, claims and changes throughout the project. Location Kuching, Sarawak
