3. Strong understanding of construction methods and contract administration.
4. Proven leadership and problem-solving skills.
5. Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software.
Responsibilities
1. Plan and manage all phases of construction projects.
2. Lead project teams and coordinate consultants, subcontractors and suppliers.
3. Monitor schedules, budgets, costs and resources.
4. Identify and mitigate project risks.
