Senior Civil & Structural Design Engineer - Kuching

Overview Senior Civil and Structural Design Engineer role based in Kuching, leading design work, providing technical leadership and mentoring graduate and junior engineers. Requirements 1. Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognised institution. 2. Registered with BEM as a Graduate Engineer. 3. Minimum 5 years' relevant experience in civil and structural engineering consultancy. 4. Proficient in AutoCAD Civil 3D, Prota Structure or equivalent engineering software. 5. Good command of both Bahasa Malaysia and English (written and spoken). 6. Able to work independently with good leadership, project management, and communication skills. Responsibilities 1. Undertake civil and structural engineering design for building and infrastructure projects. 2. Prepare and review design calculations, engineering drawings, reports, and technical specifications. 3. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to graduate and junior engineers. 4. Coordinate closely with clients, consultants, contractors, and government authorities. 5. Attend technical meetings and provide engineering solutions during design and construction stages.
