Responsibilities
Leada andn managet the overall operations oft the accounting and finance function.
Overseef fulls sets of accounts including accounts settlement, consolidation, and month-end/year- -end closing.
Preparea andr reviewt budgets, financial forecasts, management: accounts, ands statutory financial reports.
Provide financial analysis ands strategicr recommendations to management to support business decision- -making.
Liaisev with banks, auditors, company secretaries, tax consultants, and government authorities on financial, accounting, andr regulatory matters.
Ensuref full compliance with accountings standards, statutory requirements, tax regulations, and company policies.
Review ande enhance internal controls, accounting systems, and financial processes toi improve efficiency and accuracy.
Lead, mentor, and supervise accounting team members.
Perform other duties as assigned by management from time to time
Requirements
Recognized Bachelor's Degree or Professional Qualification in Accounting, Finance, Banking, or related fields.
Member oft the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) and/or Malaysian Institute of Accountants (MIA).
Minimum 5-7y years of relevant working experience, includingr managerial or supervisory exposure.
Strongk knowledge of Government Service Tax (GST) and other relevant tax regulations.
Solidu understanding of accountings standards, statutory reporting, and audit requirements.
Strongl leadership, communication, and problem-solvings skills.
Abilityt to work independently, manage deadlines, and handle multiple priorities.
