Sales Surveyor

Minimum a Diploma in a related discipline with proven track record in sales. 2. 1-2 years working experience in pest or hygiene industries is an advantage. 3. Highly successful at converting clients with the ability to adhere to KPIs. 4. Driven by data and building a network of excellent customer relationships. 5. Excellent sales, solutions, and negotiation skills. 6. Ability to reach and exceed sales targets. 7. Versatility to build rapport with people at all levels. 8. Multi-lingual in both verbal and written English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin to effectively communicate with diverse client base and stakeholders. Ability to converse in other local dialects is an advantage. 9. Ability to work onsite and go on joint visits with Technical/Operation Team. 10. Required valid driving license. Responsibilities 1. Driving sales revenue by hunting new business opportunities via direct selling, sales leads, and enquiries. 2. Manage and identify customer needs and analyze their needs for upsell and cross-sell opportunities. 3. Developing and implementing sales plans to achieve set sales targets. 4. Building strong customer relationships and managing territory effectively. 5. Identifying customer needs by providing appropriate win-win solutions. 6. Takes accountability by updating daily sales in system. 7. Agile and flexible to perform on-site inspection. 8. Work closely with other team members to assist in collection. Benefits 1.
