Overview
We are an established company involved in supplying building materials and hardware in Sarawak. We are seeking a Sales Representative to join our team.
Requirements
1. SPM or Certificate in Business Admin, Marketing or any fields with strong interest in sales.
2. Able to converse in Bahasa Malaysia, English or Mandarin.
3. Strong interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills to effectively engage with customers and address their needs.
Responsibilities
1. To engage actively in the promotion and sales of company's products.
2. To develop cordial relationships and provide customer support to existing and new customers pertaining to enquiries and complaints.
3. Update the latest price list to the customers.
4. To follow up on customers' account and collection of payments.
5. To provide after sales services to the customers.
6. To be sensitive on market pricing & information.
7. To carry out other tasks as assigned.
