Sales & Marketing Executive / Manager (Kuching)

Overview RBM Group is a leading company dealing in office furniture systems, integrated automation, security solutions and integrated furniture in East Malaysia. As part of our continued business growth, we are looking for a dynamic and motivated Sales & Marketing Executive/Manager to join our team in Kuching. Requirements 1. Possess Diploma or Degree in Business Admin, Marketing, IT or equivalent qualification. 2. Minimum 1-2 years working experience in related fields preferred for Executive. 3. Minimum 3-5 years working experience in related fields preferred for Manager. 4. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. 5. Possess own transport and able to travel outstation whenever required. 6. Able to work independently. Responsibilities 1. Identify and develop new business opportunities in assigned territory. 2. Conduct sales-oriented presentations and prepare relevant correspondence for closure of sales. 3. Accountable for achieving sales targets and collection. 4. Relate and share market information with other marketing personnel in the company. 5. Carry out at least the minimum sales activities daily as outlined by the Sales and Marketing Manager/Director from time to time. 6. Plan overall market strategy and tactics. 7. Understand market activities, evaluate own marketing campaigns and recommend suggestions for future improvement. 8. Provide assistance, guidance and leadership to the related Sales Team in his/her marketing activities. 9. Prepare sales activities/forecast reports. 10. Carry out different areas of work assignment as directed by the Sales and Marketing Manager/Director from time to time.
