Requirements
1. Minimum Diploma.
2. Above 30 years old.
3. At least 5 years of experience in industrial sales.
4. Willing to travel.
5. Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills and strong leadership qualities.
Responsibilities
1. Oversee the overall sales, marketing and sales administrative functions.
2. Develop strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve corporate objectives and targets.
3. Provide coaching and feedback to ensure progress and alignment towards company goals.
4. Provide opportunities for development, acting as a role model and reinforcing desired behaviors.
5. Ensure clear communication and adherence to policy and procedures.
6. Undertake any other assignments as and when required from time to time.
