Sales Executive

Overview Care Collective Sdn Bhd is a premium retirement living provider reimagining the retirement chapter of life. They are seeking a Sales Executive at Wisma Elica, Kuching to manage inquiries, build relationships, and support the sales process for prospective residents and their families. Requirements 1. Ability to speak in Mandarin is a plus. Responsibilities 1. Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, and conduct tours of the facility for prospective residents and their families. 2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential residents, their families, and professional referral sources such as nurses or care advisors. 3. Follow up with interested parties, answer questions about the facility's living options and services, and guide them through the sales process while managing the sales pipeline to meet occupancy goals. 4. Develop and implement sales or marketing plans, including outreach budgets and community event coordination, to drive business and achieve occupancy targets. 5. Maintain accurate records of inquiries, follow-ups, and referral sources in the community's CRM database. 6. Research and monitor local competitors' activities, market trends, and new services to inform sales strategies. 7. Proactively reach out to members of related organizations, associations, and companies for product awareness or when they may require the company's accommodation or services. 8. Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts, and analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement. 9. Attend out-of-town conventions, trade shows, or planned sales visits to promote and increase sales for the company. 10. Undertake any other tasks or responsibilities that may be assigned periodically by the General Manager. 11. Compensation. 12. Salary RM 2,500 per month plus sales incentives.
