SCIB Concrete Manufacturing Sdn Bhd is hiring a Sales Assistant to join the team in Kuching. The role involves handling sales inquiries, preparing documentation, and supporting the sales team.
Requirements
1. Diploma or a related field.
2. At least 1 year of working experience in a related field.
3. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply - no prior experience required.
4. Strong organization, communication and planning skills with a positive attitude.
5. Able to work independently and teamwork-oriented.
6. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
7. Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English.
Responsibilities
1. Handle the sales of call-in-walk-in customers.
2. Maintain up-to-date filing records on all the quotation, proforma invoice, general correspondence / credit application related to sales.
3. Prepare and issue company invoices, delivery orders and key in sales orders where required.
4. Processing of acknowledgement order and ensure purchase order is attached with quotation.
5. Prepare and process quotation for clients.
6. Assist to follow-up with Senior Administrator on the on-time sending of invoices / proforma invoice / Quotation to customer.
7. Any other tasks as and when assigned by the SSA/COO/Management.
