Green Lane Motor Sdn Bhd is seeking a Sales Advisor at its 7 Mile, Kuching branch to attend to walk-in and online customer inquiries, promote used cars and support the sales process. Fresh graduates with a strong interest in automotive sales are welcome to apply.
Requirements
1. Possess a valid driving license (Class D); own transport is an advantage.
2. Fresh graduates with a strong interest in automotive sales are welcome to apply; training will be provided if needed.
3. Basic knowledge of the car sales process and documentation.
4. Young, dynamic and energetic.
5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Social media competency.
7. Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia and English; Chinese is a plus.
Responsibilities
1. Attend to walk-in and online customer inquiries.
2. Promote and sell used cars based on customer needs.
3. Follow up with leads and maintain good customer relationships.
4. Ensure cars are clean, well-presented and ready for viewing.
5. Handle all paperwork relating to sales and customer transactions.
6. Prepare sales documents such as quotations, agreements and loan applications.
