Overview
The Resident Architect will be based in Belaga, Sarawak and will manage project administration, progress monitoring, supervision, and coordination with all construction team members.
Requirements
1. Possess a Bachelor's Degree in Architecture and be registered with Lembaga Arkitek Malaysia.
2. Minimum 7 years working experience, with at least 4 years site experience.
3. Good knowledge of construction and contractual matters.
4. Good knowledge of AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.
5. Knowledge of BIM software such as Autodesk Revit Architecture and Navisworks will be an advantage.
6. Well-versed in written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.
7. Able to work independently.
Responsibilities
1. Manage project administration, progress monitoring, supervision, and coordination with all construction team members.
2. Work independently on site and handle all aspects of project administration.
