Overview
An established trading group distributing Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) in Sarawak invites suitably qualified candidates to join as Recovery Assistant based at the Demak Laut, Kuching branch.
Requirements
1. At least SPM/STPM qualification.
2. Preferably with one (1) year of working experience but fresh school leavers/graduates are also encouraged to apply.
3. Computer literate and proficient in MS Excel and MS Word.
Responsibilities
1. To ensure timely submission of claims as per principals' deadlines and to follow up on claims settlement (Credit Note) from principals.
2. To prepare monthly reconciliation for recovery account as per deadline given.
3. To check and ensure the completeness of customer Debit Note which is required for claims submission.
4. To ensure posting of Debit Notes, Tax Invoices, Credit Notes and claims documents in the system before month end closing deadline.
