Yo Jia Properties & Development Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a Quantity Surveyor in Kuching to handle material and cost calculations, prepare bills of quantities, and support construction projects.
Requirements
1. Possess a diploma or degree in Quantity Surveying.
2. At least 2 years of experience in building construction field work.
3. Required skill: AutoCAD.
4. Self-motivated and able to work independently.
5. Proficient in English, Mandarin, and Malay.
6. Age between 28 and 45 years old.
Responsibilities
1. Calculate material quantities and costs, labour costs, and achievable time frames.
2. Prepare bills of quantities.
3. Read, check, and execute construction drawings.
4. Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned.
