Warisan Seribu Canggih Sdn Bhd is a construction company specializing in structural and civil works in Kuching. We are seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join our team.
Requirements
1. Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Quantity Surveyor or equivalent.
2. At least 3-4 years of working experience in related field.
3. Knowledge in Microsoft Project and AutoCAD would be an added advantage.
4. Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities
1. Perform full QS function from estimation, handling claims and contract administration.
2. Responsible for tender preparation, site quantity measurement, site valuation and to prepare site progress claim.
3. Carry out general contract administration and ensure all paperwork are in place during pre and post contract stage.
4. Evaluate claims by subcontractor and prepare payment cert for subcontractors.
5. Well cost control on tendering and project run.
6. Coordinate and monitor work among working teams making sure all job done are accurate and meet requirements.
7. Coordinate with site team in administering contractual matters, such as variation order, project cost control, project budgeting and estimation.
8. Communicate well with consultant, contractor and government authorities.
