Overview
Responsible for preparing, coordinating, and completing project tender document submissions, as well as evaluating progress claims and variation orders.
Responsibilities
1. Initiate, prepare, coordinate, take off quantities, price, compile, check, and complete Project Tender Document Submission.
2. Coordinate, check, verify, and evaluate all relevant documents for interim progress claims and interim payment certificates, inclusive of documents from consultants, sub-contractors, and suppliers.
3. Initiate and conduct joint inspections for valuation of work done with external and internal stakeholders, as and when necessary.
4. Initiate, check, verify, and evaluate all Variation Orders (VO).
Requirements
1. Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying.
2. 1 to 2 years of experience.
3. Good in English and Malay.
4. Driving license and own transport.
